Glass Candle Bridge

Yellow Glass Candle Bridge with Black Stringers

This is a glass candle bridge that I made a couple of weeks ago using a new mold.  The flat area in the middle is a place to put a small candle, or, if candles aren’t your thing, you could put other trinkets or keys or just have the glass bridge for decoration.

I sold this candle bridge at the last Art Festival that I went to.  It’s always exciting to sell something that I just made.

Oh, and about the black stringers for the design, it is hard to see them, but I bent three of them with a candle flame.  All I did was hold the glass stringer in the flame for 10 seconds and then I was able to bend the stringer working very quickly!  It was fun bending the glass stringers to make an original design.
