A New Design For This Fused Glass Pendant

This fused glass pendant was made with a new dichroic glass pattern I bought.  The name of the pattern is “Puzzle.”  It is a very interesting pattern to use for fused glass pendants.  Each one will be different.  I love the purple color!

Iridized Fused Glass Snowflake Ornament

Here is another Fused Glass Snowflake Ornament or Sun Catcher.  It was made with a clear iridized glass.  The iridized layer is a metallic layer that picks up colors from the surrounding area.  This fused glass ornament or sun catcher really sparkles in the light, so hanging it in a window will really show off the iridized layer.

My husband made several like this one.

Blue Fused Glass Coasters

These fused glass coasters were made with a blue opal glass and a crackle iridized glass, which is a metallic layer on top of the glass.  The iridized coating is sparkly and shows up better in the second picture.  This iridized glass is fun to work with.  I have made fused glass coasters in red, black, white and turquoise translucent.  I have made fused glass plates in red and blue opal.

Black Fused Glass Spoon Rest with Grapes

A friend from the UK wanted a black spoon rest with the grape cluster and leaves.  Previously, I made a white spoon rest with a grape cluster and leaves a couple of weeks ago.  I needed to use different colors of grapes and leaves so they would show up on the black.  I like how it came out and I hope my friend likes it, too.

Colorful Fused Glass Coasters

These fused glass coasters are very colorful!  They were made with a blue and red glass strip with white triangles on each side.  Each fused glass coaster is slightly different.  The red and blue glass is from the same piece of glass, but each strip has a different pattern.
